We’re here as a part of evolution. It’s up to us to try to make this world a better place – without any kind of religion. Death isn’t damnation. Death is death. The possibilities of what happens to us is endless. Everything in life is perfection; balanced and natural, and that includes aging … and death. We are okay when we die since it’s as natural as breathing. The part of who we really are, instead of just water and chemicals, is not tangible. I’ve seen it more than once. That non-tangible part of themselves seemed to accept death, since it must have felt natural. As we get older, we become more aware of our own mortality and less concerned about it. I am alive to be a human, and need to help the next generation move forward. And it makes me happy to do so.
My son needs to be 24 again, for his own well-being. And I’m so relieved that he’s here so I don’t have to worry so much about him.
One thing I would never stop my husband from doing, was to spend the night at his parent’s or his brother’s place. Without me. It’s nice to be 24 and living at home still, even if it’s only for a day or so.
